Physicians Realty Trust, a self managed healthcare properties REIT, chose Hplex to assume property management overseeing four medical office buildings in their Columbus, OH portfolio. All four facilities were originally developed by Hplex and have been managed by our property managers initially being hired to assist with move-in logistics for each building. We are proud to be able to work with PRT to continue to help efficiently manage these properties and look forward to future opportunities with PRT as their portfolio is always expanding.
