The construction of a new $9.7MM Ambulatory/Medical Office Building is scheduled to commence construction on July 14, 2015 in Oregon, Ohio on Navarre Avenue.
The 42,000 square foot facility will provide imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, exam, clinical and other services under one roof. Hplex Solutions lead the development team with Mercy, Oregon Clinic, the Toledo Clinic, and the Toledo Cardiology Consultants. The building will be completed in the Summer of 2016.
