Hplex is currently managing 3 Medical Education Buildings for Ohio University Dublin Campus, and will manage the soon-to be opened 4th building in April, 2015 for a total square footage of 140,000+. With a fulltime Hplex maintenance technician on site, our efficient Property Management program has added value to the Ohio University Dublin campus.
The Dublin Integrated Education Center is a newly built 86,027 square foot building located on the Ohio University Dublin Campus. The Center will be the home of OU’s Physician Assistant program as well as an extension center for Columbus State Community College.
