Phase one of the Frederick Memorial Hospital newly renovated Emergency Department saw its first four patients on NOVEMBER 11, 2015. The project was completed on time and on budget as led by Hplex Solutions acting as the Owner Representative. Renovation continues on phase 2 and 3 of this project which is being completed without disruption to the hospital current operations.
