The Class A medical development is currently under construction and is currently anticipated to open in 2016. The building is located at the high traffic prominent corner of Stelzer Road and Easton Way. The building size is 43,000(+/-) of which 21,000 SF of space will house five orthopedic surgery rooms and recovery.
